The Association for GXP Excellence (AGXPE) is pleased to announce our upcoming 90-minute interactive webinar hosted by Shawn M. Pelletier, Let’s Change the Equation, LLC.

What is this thing called Psychological Safety and why should I care?  I’m pretty sure it doesn’t impact me!  Think again.  Maybe the name isn’t familiar, but the symptoms are real and relatable to everyone regardless of position, title, or company.  I’m talking about the feeling of being safe within a workplace.  Specifically, safe enough to disagree, to bring up unpleasantries, give bad news, to go against the “established norms”, or to bring up wild ideas.  It is the belief that you can speak up with ideas, questions, or concerns and you won't be punished, humiliated, or marginalized in some way for doing so.  The size of the company, institution, establishment, foundation, society, or association doesn’t matter!  What is “safe” to do or not to do is based on a person’s lived experience.

Please join us on Nov 3 for an interactive 90-minute session.  Shawn will provide an overview of Psychological Safety and why it matters.  She will provide examples from her own work experience, offer tips and strategies on how to promote psychological safety within your work environment, and share research from experts. Understanding it will allow you to identify it and make shifts where needed to elevate the environment.

Attendees will leave the session with

  • A good understanding of Psychological Safety
  • Validation that what you sense or felt is real
  • Tips on how to make change within your work environment
