This interactive session provided by Sheri Winter, Sr. Director, Client Services Leader at GP Strategies, will explore the current disruption affecting the work, the worker, and the workplace. About the Speaker:

A charter member of AGXPE, Sheri Winter has more than 30 years of experience in learning and media, and recently returned to GP Strategies as Senior Director, Client Services Leader after a 5-year hiatus from her 20+ year career at GP. Sheri is focused on helping clients develop large, global workforce transformation solutions that achieve business goals. Life Science clients that Sheri has worked with include Amgen, Astellas, Baxter, BMS, GE Healthcare, GSK, J&J, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Takeda and more.

Sheri is the Director at Large of Membership and Volunteer Engagement for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) San Diego Chapter. She has served on the board of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Los Angeles Chapter, presented at many learning and industry conferences, contributed to several blogs, and published articles in Talent Management and CLO Magazines. Sheri has a B.A in Communications from Colorado Christian University.
