Sponsor - Corporate - $5,000.00 (USD)  Entitles you to 7 conference registrations for your team or clients, plus (12) free Chapter Meeting registrations of your choice during your sponsorship period. Your company's name will be on the top of registration banners, the top of vendor reception banners, our website, the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one of our key sponsors. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 2 year as a tribute to your sponsorship.

Sponsor - Platinum - $2,700.00 (USD)  Entitles you to 4 conference registrations for your team or clients, plus (8) free Chapter Meeting registrations of your choice during your sponsorship period. You will receive a free display table at the current conference. Your company's name will be on the top of registration banners, the top of vendor reception banners, our website, the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one of our key sponsors. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 2 year as a tribute to your sponsorship.

Sponsor - Gold - $1,700.00 (USD)  Entitles you to 2 conference registrations for your team or clients, plus four (4) free Chapter Meeting registrations of your choice during your sponsorship period. You will receive a free display table at the current conference. Your company's name will be on the top of registration banners, the top of vendor reception banners, our website, the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one of our key sponsors. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 1 year as a tribute to your sponsorship.

Sponsor - Silver - $1200.00 (USD)  Entitles you to 1 conference registration for your team or clients, plus two (2) free Chapter Meeting registrations of your choice during your sponsorship period. You will receive a free display table at the current conference. Your company's name will be on the registration banners, the vendor reception banners, our website, the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one of our key sponsors. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 6 months as a tribute to your sponsorship.

Sponsor - Bronze - $750.00 (USD)  Entitles you to two 2 Chapter Meeting registrations during your sponsorship period, excludes annual conference. Your company's name will be on the registration banners, our website, the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one of the key event sponsors. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 3 months as a tribute to your sponsorship.

Sponsor Consultant – ($200 USD) Entitles you to one Chapter Meeting registration during your sponsorship period, excluding the annual conference. Your company's name will be on registration banners, our website on a specific “consultants” listing page , the newsletters and the event publications indicating that you are one an event sponsor. Your company's name will remain on our website for up to 12 months as a tribute to your sponsorship.

*Note: Chapter Meetings are run in various locations around the US and it is the sponsors responsibility to check the AGXPE website for updated AGXPE Chapter Meeting Schedules. Chapter meeting may be live, virtual or hybrid.

Mailing Lists

The association does not rent or sell its mailing list in part or as a whole. However, many commercial sources provide similar information. Please contact a list broker in your community.

Endorsements

The association approves endorsement or affinity marketing relationships with carefully selected qualified vendors. The primary purpose of any endorsement is to provide services or products at prices not otherwise available to members to reinforce acquisition and retention of members. Current endorsements offer members the potential to receive discounted prices on products and services from AGXPE's endorsed companies. Endorsement proposals are evaluated on several criteria, including product/service type, scope, reputation, and financial soundness. Other considerations include benefits to members and to the association, relationships with other dealer associations, cost recovery, legal liability, and control of marketing, pricing, and product/service delivery. Companies are encouraged to address these subjects when submitting proposals to the association. All proposals receive business and legal review before consideration by the association's board of directors. The decision process may take from three to six months, depending on circumstances.
